Cappadocia, Turkey

Located in central Turkey, Cappadocia is like no other place I have come across or could have imagined as a possible place on earth.
Features volcanic peaks, an underground city, cave houses, 'fairy chimney' rock formations, ancient monasteries and relics dating back to 300 BC.
Stayed 2 nights at the Kale Kanak, a cave hotel close to the action. The final group of photos are taken at the hotel.
